  • All lengths, densities, and measurements are approximate.

  • Minor variations in lace, knots, or texture are not considered defects.

  • Product descriptions may be updated at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities per customer, household, or order.

All products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold without prior written permission.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm them and successfully process payment.

Shakara Hair reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or customization has begun.

Custom or personalized units cannot be canceled once production has started.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy [LINK].

You confirm that purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs duties or import charges

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the full amount due.

In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

Products that have been:

  • Worn

  • Installed

  • Lace cut

  • Washed, bleached, colored, or altered

are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

SECTION – CHARGEBACKS, FRAUD PREVENTION & PAYMENT DISPUTES

At Shakara Hair, we take fraud prevention and payment security seriously.

By placing an order on our website, you agree that:

1. Fraud Prevention & Verification

  • We reserve the right to verify any order before processing.

  • Additional identification or verification documents may be requested for high-value or suspicious transactions.

  • Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse may be delayed, canceled, or refused at our sole discretion.

If fraud is suspected, we may report the matter to relevant authorities and payment processors.

2. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Shakara Hair directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving your product — including but not limited to:

  • Claiming the item was not received when tracking confirms delivery

  • Claiming the item was unauthorized after placing the order

  • Filing a dispute without contacting us first

may be considered abuse of our payment system.

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit all relevant evidence to your bank or payment provider, including order confirmation, IP address, payment verification, shipping confirmation, and delivery tracking

  • Dispute the chargeback fully

  • Recover any associated fees, costs, and losses

  • Restrict or permanently ban future purchases

3. Returned Chargeback Orders

If a chargeback is filed and later reversed in our favor, and the customer still wishes to return the product, the return must comply fully with our Return & Refund Policy.

Items that have been:

  • Worn

  • Installed

  • Lace cut

  • Altered in any way

remain non-returnable, even if a chargeback was initiated.

4. Legal Action

Shakara Hair reserves the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent activity, false claims, or payment disputes made in bad faith.

 

SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shakara Hair and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of products

  • Your violation of any law

SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
