Shakara Hair – Return & Refund Policy

At Shakara Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off & Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In their original packaging, with tags intact

    • Free from alterations, lace cuts, installation, or styling

    • Free from odors, makeup, or damage caused by the customer


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalized units

  • Wigs that have been installed, cut, styled, colored, washed, or altered

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Incorrect choices made by the customer (length, texture, density, closure type)


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos or videos of the product

  3. All returns must be approved before sending items back.

  4. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our side.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shakara Hair is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Refunds

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.


Exchanges

  • To exchange a product, please return the original item following the process above.

  • Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
