- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Locations
- We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally.
- Available delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. In accordance with UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed at checkout.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and selected delivery method.

- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided.
- If an order is delayed or lost in transit, customers should contact us promptly so we can assist with a courier investigation.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued where required under UK consumer law.
9. Damaged Goods
- If goods arrive damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage is required.
- This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Relationship to the 14-Day Return Policy
- The 14-day return period begins from the date of delivery.
- Items must meet all eligibility conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a return or refund.
