This Shipping Policy should be read together with our 14-Day Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order with Shakara Hair, you agree to the terms outlined below.



1. Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during promotions, product launches, or periods of high demand.




2. Delivery Locations



  • We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally.
  • Available delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before purchase.




3. Delivery Timeframes



Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:


  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days



Delivery times are estimates only. In accordance with UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed at checkout.



4. Shipping Charges



  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and selected delivery method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a refund is issued for a faulty or incorrect item.




5. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking



  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.




6. International Customs and Import Charges



  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Shakara Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.




7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address



  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
  • Shakara Hair is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.




8. Lost or Delayed Deliveries



  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided.
  • If an order is delayed or lost in transit, customers should contact us promptly so we can assist with a courier investigation.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued where required under UK consumer law.




9. Damaged Goods



  • If goods arrive damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage is required.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.




10. Relationship to the 14-Day Return Policy



  • The 14-day return period begins from the date of delivery.
  • Items must meet all eligibility conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a return or refund.
  • Shipping fees remain non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
